Problem Sexual Behavior Multisystemic Therapy (PSB-MST) & Family Engagement
We believe strong family connections are essential to a young person’s recovery and long-term success. Our program combines family therapy, supervised visits, and ongoing communication with caregivers and caseworkers to rebuild trust, improve communication, and create a foundation of lasting support. Every step is designed to ensure families feel equipped, informed, and actively involved in the healing process.
In addition to traditional family engagement, we offer Problem Sexual Behavior Multisystemic Therapy (PSB-MST), an evidence-based, intensive intervention tailored to address harmful sexual behaviors in youth. This model works within the family system to confront root causes, build accountability, and reduce the likelihood of future incidents—while strengthening the family’s ability to support positive change.
Some ways in which we support such youth include:
- Family Therapy
- Facility Visit – Family
- Facility Visit – CYS Team
- CYS Team Home Visits
- In-House Meetings
- Intensive, Family-Centered PSB-MST Sessions
- Ongoing Communication and Coaching for Caregivers
